Michelle Langston, APRN, MSN, FNP-BC is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with 25 years nursing experience including 12 years practicing in aesthetic medicine. Michelle is a practitioner, clinical educator, and mentor who specializes in the emergency department, trauma, and operating room settings. Performing at an expert level in these critical areas taught her to remain calm in fast-paced and complex situations which prepared her for the complex and ever expanding world of aesthetic medicine. Michelle attended her first Empire Medical Training seminar in 2012 and continues to build upon those foundational skills that were instrumental in her success in the field of aesthetics.
Michelle's injection and training style focuses on the artistry of aesthetics, facial balancing, bio-regenerative techniques, and skin rejuvenation. Her knowledge emcompasses multiple modalities including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, biostimulators, energy-based anti-aging treatments, skin care, and PDO threads. Her respect and appreciation of anatomy compelled her to become an expert in this field. Fueled by a passion for expanding her own knowledge about the individual nuances of every patient she treated led her to attend many in depth facial anatomy education opportunities. She aspired to become an expert in this area and focused on safety, outcomes, research, and results. Michelle has been a faculty instructor at Empire Medical Training since 2022 and brings her expertise and passion for sharing knowledge to each seminar. When asked what she finds most rewarding in teaching aesthetics, "having the opportunity to experience the creativity and growth of each student on their aesthetic journey".
